missy: As an atheist (who doesn't care if anyone believes in God or not), I'll take a stab at some of your points. I honestly do not know how anyone can look at world (not the world that man is ruining) but the world as it should be and NOT believe there is a God.

My mom worked through my childhood, as she made more money than my father, and couldn't afford to become a stay at home mom. She worked the overnight shift full time, put us on the school bus in the morning, slept while we were in school, and would get up in the afternoon to make dinner for us.

It could have been an undiagnosed problem, genetic defect, etc. Sometimes these things happen. My grandfather was dead of a heart attack at 38 with no warning signs that he had any problems, and he was healthy.

I'm not saying ignorance is an excuse. The owner is still ultimately responsible for their pets' conditions. If their pets are overweight, it is their doing. However, it's not always a case of neglect.

radar: Yes, I watched the coverage that day. Again, I fail to see what WTC 7 has to do with the Hindenburg. They were two totally separate events that happened 64 years apart.
